3D model description

Printrbot Plus V2 dxf with dogbones for CNC routing with 1/16in endmill.

Manufacturing settings

Since Printrbot has stopped selling kits for there bigger printers I needed to produce the parts myself.

Using the Printrbot Source files from their website I exported all of the Inventor files to a DXF and added the required dog bones to allow it to be cut with a 1/16in end mill. Successfully built and tested. *** Make sure you measure your router bit exactly and get the right thickness wood, or it will not work. ***

From there I assembled the printer from the instructions on the Printrbot website. I ordered as much as I could from printrbot.com to give them some money for the great design. The things I couldn't get from them I was able to from amazon and boltdepot.
