Front supports for z axis

These front supports associated with the rear ones "you can find them among my projects", further stabilize the z axis.
With these bars you will eliminate any small vibration of the Z-castle, plus by loosening the rear supports, protrai
push the whole castle to be able to level everything perpendicularly thanks to the end of the bar which has a thread
which is screwed directly to the support with counter nut to block any kind of play of the thread itself.

MATERIAL

2 aluminum tubes 15 mm with 1 loop of tape 51.5 cm long
4 4x10 screws with 4 self locking nuts
4 screws 5x20 with 4 washers outside diameter 11
2 screws 3x25 with 2 nuts
2 screws 3x10 or 2 washers
4 4x10 screws with 4 washers
2 screws 5x50 with 2 washers diameter 15
2 screws 5x15 2 T nuts

Supporti anteriori per asse z

Questi supporti anteriori associati a quelli posteriori “li trovi tra i miei progetti”, stabilizzano ulteriormente l’asse z.
Con queste barre eliminerai ogni piccola vibrazione del castello Z, oltretutto allentando i supporti posteriori, protrai
spingere tutto il castello per poter mettere a bolla perpendicolarmente il tutto grazie all’estremità della barra con filettatura che avvitandosi direttamente al supporto e serrata dal contro dado bloccherà ogni tipo di gioco della filettatura stessa.
