For less than $10 in wood and PLA, you can build a CPAP support stand that can retail for well over $100.

These are the necessary pieces to assemble a stand and suspend a CPAP hose above a your head, so that it will not drag off the bed, get tangled around your neck or pillow during the night.

This is for ResMed AirSense 10 hose and requires a Β½ inch rod (wood dowel) for the 2 horizontal legs and a 5/16 rod (wood dowel) for the upright rod.

Print stand, two clips plus the top clip and obtain the appropriately sized rods (wood dowel, fiberglass etc.) Get enough for the 2 horizontal legs that go between the box spring and mattress (each about 1 foot in length) and the vertical rod that holds the clips to suspend the hose (2 to 3 feet).

If you want to make the unit portable so you can pack it in a suitcase, cut the upright rod in half and use the Connector Clip to join the two vertical pieces together. When printing the Connector Clip, print it in the VERTICAL position, using a RAFT and SUPPORT. Otherwise, it will cause you grief because the clips will break under stress.
