3D model description

This chalk round complete system allows you to reuse 75% of the grenade reliably and without breakage, unlike other designs available online. Inexpensive disposable tips can be filled with chalk and threaded on to the reusable bases.

This system also includes MOLLE carriers for 3 and 5 grenades, as well as a 2-grenade carrier for picatinny rails. These are designed to be printed from flexible TPU filament.

UPDATE 5/10/22: Per customer feedback I have reduced the length of the relief slots by 1mm to prevent chalk leakage. I strongly recommend switching to the new files.

3D printing settings

Grenade carriers can be printed from TPU filament with no raft or support. I personally recommend Ninjatek Cheetah TPU. I recommend an infill of about 40 percent, but go lower if you want a more flexible print.

All grenade parts can be printed from common PLA on a raft with no support. Infill should be 30 to 35 percent for safety reasons.
