3D model description

Much more info about the development of the models here:
https://www.thedaftclub.com/forum/showthread.php/21539-New-Daft-Punk-Thomas-and-Guy-papercraft-paperkura-models!/
It seems the forum is down. The helmets where modeled over reference images from the originals, keeping symmetry and proportionality, with spare space to fit the led rig.

You'll have access to complete and split models (including RAM glove plates, the pendant and the visor vacuum forming template), besides some .3mf files with the separated parts already positioned for a better print, with less / easy to remove supports, plus cutouts outlines for the led rig pats and visor (in case you don't want to vacuum form it).
The glove plates parts are numbered to identify each falange position.

Added models for the back and front parts separated exactly on the dome's line to hide any possible seams. Note that this may not be the best option as it would be harder to properly weld the pieces after gluing them together.

If you have a taller 3D printer, you can follow the same I did with the positioned files, rotating some a bit more to get even less supports (besides the ones you'll have to add to anchor the piece to the bed)

You'll probably want to fill the visor template with plaster so as it is not crushed when vacum forming. The model is already scaled down 0.5mm in each direction to ensure the plastic will fit after forming.
