3D model description

This is my "Mini Swimmie" it is a 2" Micro Swimbait. This is an awesome little bait that I have been catching all kinds of fish with.

See https://www.theneverendingprojectslist.com/fishingprojects/microswimbait/ for more info and some fishing results.

Included are molds to make the soft plastic bodies as well as a master mold box for making silicone molds for pouring the 1/8 oz lead custom jig heads I use for fishing these.

There are 3 different version of molds for the bodies. There is a standard 3 Cavity mold as well as an standard 8 Cavity too, but there is also a special laminate mold where the body is rotated 90 degrees (compared to a normal mold) so two color laminates can be shot easily with duel injectors and a laminate block.

The 3 Cavity Mold requires a 3.25" x 2.50" print area for each half.
The 8 Cavity Mold requires a 4" x 4.35" print area for each half.
The Laminate Mold requires a 3.35" x 2.60" print area for each half.

These are 3D printed plastic mold so you have to be careful with your temps and injection pressure. I printed this mold in PLA+ and try to inject my Plastisol at or around 300Β°. (I use Dead On Plastix's brand of Plastisol) You also need to use very little pressure on the injector when shooting these types of mold. If you use a lot of pressure when injecting a 3D printed Mold... you can/will blow through the mold. Start light and work up with the pressure if you do not get a full injection or you have bubbles. It's better to have a misformed bait or two than ruin the mold.

The Video link below shows How to Inject a 3D Printed Mold, I'd recommend watching before purchasing my molds.

Jighead Molds

After printing the master mold box for making the mold for the small swimbait style jig heads the actual molds are poured from Mold Max 60 silicone and fit Size 2 Mustad 32756 Classic Aberdeen 90-Degree Bend Extra Strong Short Shank Jig Hooks. The bait keepers are bent from .031 safety wire.

Both master mold haves can be printed in a (roughly) 4.25" x 4.25" bed area.

See https://youtu.be/BpkxBRYRhTk for a video on making a similar jig head mold.

For example, you cannot sell the digital model, a derivative or adaptation of that model, nor can you sell prints of the model. I do however grant permission for persons who purchase any soft bait molds to sell the rubber soft baits you make with one of my printed soft bait molds.... but again you CAN NOT sell the actual models of the baits.
