In addition to the printed parts, you are going to need some 8mm hard chrome bar, a flanged 8mm linear bearing (LMF8UU) and a handful of small M3 fasteners. The actual motor is a 385(Update - this may be incorrect) frame sized "Vibrating motor" from ebay. Yup - it's the one for adult entertainment. You will also want a PWM controller (I've found the slightly higher quality ones hold their rev's more consistently) a power supply and some hook up wire. There is a cut out in the base for mounting a 35mm(maybe - best to measure the pocket) cooling fan, but this really isn't necessary.

Assembly is fairly straightforward. The parts mostly clip together, or else are held in place with M3x10 cap screws. The 8mm hard chrome bar will need to be cut to length. I found this easiest to do before assembling the 'Vibro Base Chassis', 'Vibro Base Top Pad' and the 'Dog Bone's, plus the LMF8UU bearing, and then passing the rod through and cutting to length. You only need about 3mm of travel, so the motor mount can be fairly near the top of the chassis.

If you do make one of these, please put an "I made one" photo up - it's always great to see my designs out in the wild!
