3D model description

This is A Carriage for the extruder, do you wan´t to try bowden or direct? Just fine! By simple unscrewing 2 screws you can change from direct to bowden!

You want to add 10mm or even more to your printable height? Just try out!

Why this is the best design?

It´s a Lightweight design
Modular, you can change parts not used, or add different parts
With only one screw you can change the height of Fan Duct
It´s clean, your nozzle will still be on your sight, you can see what´s really happening
It´s easy to maintenance, you don´t have to take out the fan duct if you wan´t to take out the hotend block
You get a bigger printable height, I can get 260mm on stock Anet A8 (240mm) Frame
Modular cable guide part, so you can use standard cable layout
Modular Chain Support
The motor will be aligned to your vision, so you can easily pass the filament or check for problems
The extruder mount haves a adjustable spring pressure (can be adjusted by hand any time)

The Dark Side :)

Can´t use standard fan duct (or compatible)
You mostly use stock screws but you will need new ones like 2xM4x30mm to hold the Extruder
You will need a small piece of PTFE Tube even for the direct
You need a new End Stop Holder for the Z Axis, as you will gain more than 10mm (Link Below)
