3D model description

Thanks to Lazyguyaqua for the initial design and inspiration!
This is my remix (complete rebuild) of the original.
This is a work in progress, so check back later, too. I am adding more configurations.
Print on the flat side and you won't need any supports for the internal ceilings, as they are all circular. All brackets are hollow to allow wires to pass through as needed.

This bracket slips inside a 1 Inch Outside dimension Aluminum Extruded Tube with 1/16 inch wall thickness. (as apposed to 1/8 wall thickness) So keep that in mind.
The holes are 1/2 inch and 1 1/8 inch to the center from the open ends. They should fit 1/4 inch (and I think M6) hardware. Use locking nuts. Some minor sanding of the plastic may be required depending on your machine's calibration.

I printed this in PETG for strength and low shrinkage. A little stringy, but that is just me not spending time tweaking my Prusa Mk2/s settings.

This is the foundation to my new unmodified LCD Monitor SLA Printer using a 21 inch LCD monitor. It will use 1 inch extruded aluminum square tube easily sourced at local hardware stores, and basic electrical components. It uses Daylight curable resin with no modifications needed to the display. I have 15 of these monitors laying around and this should be a fun project.
