3D model description

UPDATE: I’ve installed it today and can confirm that it is working, at least on a full Bear Frame. This is now not a work in progress thing anymore.

You still have to do proper cable management to ensure itβ€˜s not colliding with the Electronics Enclouse. If you are not using the stock noctua fan you also have to use sunk screws for the fan as seen on the pictures.

I was looking for the BMG-Mod by "Drodfro" for my MK2.5 Bear Upgrade and only found one X-Carriage which was remixed by "OGAwesomer" and sadly was not tested.

I've compared it to the MK2.5 Carriage of the Bear X-Axis v0.6 and noticed some small differences in the aligning of the Cable Bundle and Endstop Trigger. This could make the cable bundle colliding with the frame or electronics housing and prevent the endstop to be activated.

If you're unsing the Full Bear Upgrade it might work, cause it looks like it has a bit more space to the frame. If you're using the half upgrade or the stock MK2.5 you better go for my remixed parts, but also these are NOT TESTED YET.

The Files I uploaded should give you the needed offset again.

It's for the short Version (Bear X-Axis) and you'll have to re-print at least the Carriage and the lower back, the upper back was not modified.
