3D model description

EDIT 10/08/2019: The file for the right cage has been updated, there was a problem for printing it without support before, everything should be ok now.
Also note that printing this without infill does not make the print really faster so you might want to keep with your standard settings. Furthermore, even printing it with 100% infill should not be a waste of a lot of plastic since the parts are thin. As you want for the infill but I strongly advise to have 2 walls for the perimeters and at least a 1.5 mm width for the top/bottom wall value (in order for the horizontal part to be completely dense, this is important for printing this model correctly).

Original description:

This is a drawer system I designed in Blender for my fresh new Alfawise U30 3D printer!
It is very usefull for storing small parts for your printer or other little things.
The goal of this system is to optimize the use of the space under the printer.

Everything should print without supports but be aware that you're printer should be able to bridge across a 30 mm gap.
I have printed these with PLA, no infill and 2 walls on the sides with a 0.3 mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle and with 1.5mm width for the top/bottom wall.

Please note that I have slightly modified this design after printing it in order to reduce printing time so I advice to check measurement before printing just to be sure.

Everything should slide easy on the printer rails the first time with a nice snug fit.

Be carefull with the placement of your TL-smoothers because their placement might interfer with the 2 left drawers if they are located to much at the front of the power supply.
Also, I strongly recommend to have 3d printed bed leveling knobs installed on your printer if you want to access the leveling nuts without removing all the system.

Here are some dimensions of the drawers (inside of them) just for information:

Part(number of parts) : (W x D x H) mm
Left drawer (x2) : 114 x 157 x 33 mm
Middle drawer (x1) : 109.5 x 85 x 71 mm
Right drawer (x2) :168.5 x 26 x 24.5 mm

I am doing my best to produce good looking and reliable designs so if you feel like it you can offer me some coffee by tipping me :)
