3D model description

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3544699
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3621886

Semi-direct extrusion for Anycubic Chiron using the hotend mk8 / mk10

the same original X carriage is used, but the VICE IS TO BE CUTTED WHERE THE CHAIN WHICH CARRIES THE CABLE HARNESS IS SCREWED, so that the top of the carriage is completely flat, it is not necessary to drill any holes in the carriage, the holes are used originals

Continue to maintain the bed sensor and you can use the independent blowers already published:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3544699
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3621886

It is included, but you can use the system you prefer, a small support that acts as a guide for the wiring harness that goes to the hotend.

You will need some different screws than the original ones.

They lose about 3-4 cm in height.

VERY IMPORTANT, TO ENSURE THE RIGIDITY OF THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY, IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE SCREW OF THE BOTTOM WHEEL OF THE CARRIAGE (WHICH TAKES THE EXCENDER) BY ONE TO MEASURE (IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO CUT IT), IN A WAY TO CONTACT THE ALUMINUM DISSIPER FROM BEHIND. IN THAT WAY IT IS AVOIDED COMPLETELY ANY FLEXION OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM.

Currently, using nozzle 0.6 I have retractions between 1.6 and 1.8 mm at 50 mm / s
