3D model description

This is my 3D printable, fully adjustable fletching jig capable of fletching 3-fletch and 4-fletch arrows.

This is the alternative vertical version. Please read the information and instructions on my website

IMPORTANT: This vertical version requires is printable on a bed sizes of at least 200x200mm.

Features included in this release
Up to 6″ fletchings.
Vertical frame with a sturdy base that won’t tip over with an arrow fitted.
Double-hook adjustable arrow rest locks arrow into centre alignment and keeps it from falling out.
Fitted multipurpose base for 3-fletch (120)º and 4-fletch (105º/75º) without dismantling.
Strong screw threads that can easily be replaced if damaged.
Magnetic offset adjuster using 2x exposed round magnets.
New clamp design with stronger, sturdier hinge and printable scale.
Optional parts provided including:
- An alternative multipurpose base for 6-fletch (60º) and 4-fletch (90º).
-An alternative multipurpose base for 3-fletch (120º) and 4-fletch (90º).
- Medium and long nuts for easier access and better grip.
- Magnetic offset adjuster options with 1x or 3x round magnets, or a slotted option for a bar magnet.
- An alternative deeper clamp shape.

Upgrade available
How would you like more spin in your arrow flight with helical fletchings? An optional upgrade provides stronger self-aligning clamps and a guided offset adjuster that doesn’t need magnets. Clamps available are 6″ straight, left-wing helical and right-wing helical.

Alternative designs available
If you don’t like the vertical design, then all the same features are available in the original angled version and a new flat version. All are compatible with upgrades too.
