3D model description

WARNIG: this plane is not pure 3d printed plane needs getting your hands dirty and cut foam.

This proyect born as a attempt to create a rc plane with a good performance, predictable and gentle characteristics, resistant, easy to mantain- repair, like the real counterpart the noble Pilatus Turbo Porter.
This airplane combine the foam characteristics (light, acceptable resistance, fast and easy to cut big pieces) with 3d printed qualities in critical pieces (precision, replicability and complex geometry).
The result is a easy to build airplane, lightweight but big to survive in strong winds.

TP 2019 MotorM1.stl NEW MOTOR MOUNT WITH SUPPORT

UPDATE jun 21, 2019:
I added a new motor mount with supports that could be easy to print (I didn´t printed yet). the corresponding factory file is available for simplify3d users. Basic steps are , put the object with the front over the heat bed, and explode the object in 7 support and the final piece. Print the motor mount eith 2 perimeter, 3 layers top and bottom and 100% infill, print the 7 suport part at 1perimeter and 1 or 2 layers at bottom, 0 top layers with 0% infil in the first section (until 27mm heght) and change to 10-15% infill over this layer. Separation between supports and objects are 0,3mm). I recommend 0.2mm height.

I really appreciate that someone test this piece to
