3D model description

The Mercenary Roof rack for 3dSets Landy 3 and 4 is perfect for transporting all your extra gear! It is a bolt-on addon for the Mercenary Roll cage which is required to mount this Rack.

It is super fast to remove to access your truck's electronics and features a windshield guard that is also a light bar mount perfect for this one from Injora / AliExpress or other 147mmX12mm bars.

3D printing settings

All parts can be printed 100% infill as they are pretty thin. No supports needed for anything in this kit. All STLs come preoriented and grouped for easy printing.

Assembly:
-With a 2mm bit, Drill out the centers of the 6 holes on each side wall part and the 3 in the back of the rear wall.
-Align the front and rear floor parts together and glue the Grill into place. Make sure to really press down while the glue dries and the pins are aligned in the sockets.
-On each side, attach the walls and, from the bottom, secure them with 12x 6mm M2 screws.
-The Rear Wall part fits on top and secure it with 3x 3mm M2 screws in the back and 4x 6mm M2 screws on each side wall.
-The front wall clips into place and is secured with 4x 6mm M2 screws, 2 on each side.
-On the front you can use 4x 6mm M2 screws to finish the rack or use 4x 8mm Screws to attach the Windshield Guard.
-A 147mm LED bar will fit there and can be mounted with 2x 6mm M2 Screws
-Finally, use 4x 6mm M2 screws to attach the rear mounting brackets.
-Mount the Roof Rack to the Roll Cage using 4x 12mm M2 screw. 2 in the front wall facing down and 2 at the back through the brackets.
