3D model description

this item prints as a set, one of each piece, the center piece goes on top, the middle piece goes on bottom, the tray fits over your hydroponic basket. a 16mm pvc tube goes through connecting all three pieces. a 6mm air tube goes down through the pvc connecting to an air stone up to 2 inches in dia. bubbles are forced up the pvc tube, bringing water up with them. the water spreads out on the tray and drips through to the growth medium under the tray, keeping plants hydrated till the roots grow down into the resevoir.

this kit enables 5 gallon pails ($2.96 @ walmart), and 10 inch grow baskets ($3-$4 @ most hydroponics shops) to be used with a piece of cheap pvc and an inexpensive air stone/pump to make a functional, simple, and highly effective hydroponic system. similar sets are sold on amazon for $40-$80 per pot. this is a more cost effective version.l
