Ministeriales Soldier Megapack

Onward christian soldiers! A regiment's worth of zealous soldiers ( 37 unique models all in all), plus a number of extra guns, bases and other goodies. Read the detailed list below for a complete description. Note that the megapack also includes the Miniature Display Case available separately (see link below).

The Ministeriales are intended for use in 28mm scale, and are prescaled to suit this scale. The models are all packaged in separate .stl files. All soldier .stls are included in one .rar archive, all bases in another, and all additional equipment in a third. Finally, the parts used for the Display Case are included in a fourth .rar archive.

Detailed list

• 34 infantry models. This includes warrior priests, snipers, riflemen, swordsmen, heavy flamers and more. See the included image gallery on this page for a complete visual presentation of every model.

• 3 flying infantry models. These models are wingéd soldiers, giving them a slightly more saintly/angelic feel. The models have small ledge on their back feet in order to enable mounting the models to the top of the cross bases (see first image in gallery for an example), but the models can also be used on other bases or mounted on flying stems.

• 8 round bases. These bases include a plain, corrugated iron base for use with most basic infantry models, a base with a small wall intended to be used as cover and footrests for the sniper models, and a couple of bases with crosses (and even skeletons rising from the grave) intended to be used with the flying models.

• Guns and backpacks. The megapack includes a .stl files with a number of guns and melee weapons. These can be used to customize the empty-handed infantry models, or just as additional equipment. The megapack also includes two backpacks, one cross-shaped to fit the religious theme and one a more plain leather variant.

• Miniature Display Case. This is an elaborate display case made to resemble classic niches in churches and cathedrals around the world. The display case can be used to present your favourite models in a more stately manner, and also enables you to provide some information on your character (like name, weapon skill, strength and wisdom, et cetera). UPDATE 20210727: 16 models with the chest cross removed have been added. Use if you want miniatures with less overt religious theme.

Intended for print in 28mm scale.
Relatively high printer settings are recommended (0,08 mm layer height, 20 percent infill).
Printing time depends entirely on hardware, selected size, selected model(s) selected settings et cetera. A rough estimate is 1.5 hours printing time for a single model.
