3D model description

As a thank you for your support, I'm including another model to this!!!! It will be permanently available with the DragonHawk.

This helicopter model alone is available at:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/rattlesnake-l-a-n-g-for-1-12-6-15cm-figures

Both are very large models, about 758x374mm. They are not really toys, they're more like model kits.

In scale for GI Joe Classified line (and other 1:12 figures, like Marvel Legends with regular size body)

DragonHawk:

Created this vehicle as homage to my favorite GI Joe a Real American Hero vehicle, the Skyhawk. It also took inspiration from the Joe's Dragonfly and Star Wars.

The original Skyhawk was a bit small, this one is proportionally bigger. In "real life" this aircraft would be around 9 meters long (AH-64 Apache is about 2 times longer). Decided to make it bigger to make it proportional to a real life vehicle.

It carries a pilot and gunner. The canopy is articulated, missiles are removable, one front articulated minigun, 2 retractable articulated side miniguns, 2 articulated turbines for "vertical take off and landing".

Rattlesnake L.A.N.G (Light Attack and Neutralizer Gunship):

Inspired in the Cobra F.A.N.G., this helicopter is even bigger than the DragonHawk, about 870mm lengthwise (but thinner). I would like to design a Cobra Rattlesnake inspired vehicle, but an airplane with a gunner in the back would be too big in this scale, so I made the F.A.N.G. with 2 seats (front seat slides back, making easier to place action figures inside).

Tried to make the tail resembling a rattlesnake's rattle and the front guns like a cobra's tongue and fangs.

Due to the COVID I wasn't able to get the materials I'd like to use in this model. Paints and supplies aren't readily available and I need to import them.

These models take several days to print, paint and assemble. If you're going to embark in this journey, be ready to spend a lot of time. I recommend some experience in building and painting model kits, but everyone with some 3D printing knowledge can assemble this thing.

Requires glue, a few o-rings, acrylic/plexiglass/acetate for the windows, M4 screws and (nyloc) nuts.

These are base model. As time goes one, I plan to create upgrades and detailed panels to be glued over the assembled models.

A very detailed assembly manual with parts and materials is included (for both models). Support will be provided through messages.
