3D model description

Here is a set of new track parts for the OS-Railway system. They are designed to be a bit more scale-like but are still compatible with the old track system.

The turnouts are of a new design that bends the track rather than using free rotating track parts. The radius is also a bit wider than the old turnout design. There are screw holes for M2 but you can also glue the swing-track parts, but be careful not to glue the entire length! only glue where the screw holes are so that the bending pieces can move freely.

The prints in the pictures has been printed with a filament swap at 3mm height using the filament swap option in Prusa Slicer where the printer stops and asks for a filament change at a given height, this is very handy so that you don't have to pause the print yourself in the right height.

Available now are:

Straight 100mm and 200mm
Curve 300mm radius 15 and 30 degrees

Curve 400mm radius 15 and 30 degrees

Curve 500mm radius 15 and 30 degrees
The 500mm 30 degree part is very long and just barely fits diagonally on the Prusa MK3s print bed!

Curve 600mm 15 degrees. I only incorporated a 15 degree part for this radius as the 30-degree version is too long for most printers.

15 degree cross - this part is designed to fit in between 4 turnouts so that two 100mm straight pieces fits perfect between the outer tracks. But you can of course use it however you like, but this is the reason behind the choice of length.
