3D model description

Use a zip-tie to attach this to a 1" bike tube. The other end will hold a 3/8" bar (e.g. steel or aluminum) for a standard pannier (e.g. Ortlieb) to hang onto. This is more a decaleur than a rack though, in the sense that it won't necessarily support a heavy load; it's more for holding the bag securely close to the bike. For heavy loads, another support may be necessary, e.g. in my case the bag rests on the running boards of my longtail cargo bike and this is just to keep it in place.

The OpenSCAD code is a bit messy, but should be reasonably easy to tweak for different tube diameters.

The scale is for post-printing, so if your 3d prints shrink (most do) you'll need to scale this up appropriately.
