3D model description

These are master mold boxes for making One Ounce versions of my Lead Swimbait Jig Heads.

The finished Jig Heads should come close to around One Ounce when finished. The Molds were designed around 4/0 & 5/0 Sized Eagle Claw 635 90 Degree O'Shaughnessy Jig Hooks but other brand sizes of hooks should fit the finished mold. The bait keepers are bent from .031" safety wire. The finished Jig Heads should accept 5/16" (or 8mm) eyes.

I designed these by request and I have not personally tested them yet so if you find problems with them let me know.

For more info on the similar half ounce size see

NOTICE - My files and designs are all Copyrighted Β© and are exclusively for private and personal use. Even if you purchased these files that Copyright means you are NOT allowed to sell the model or any derivative of the model for economic or financial gain. For example, you cannot sell the digital model, a derivative or adaptation of that model, nor can you sell prints of the model. I do however grant permission for persons who purchase any soft bait molds to sell the rubber soft baits you make with one of my printed soft bait molds.... but again you CAN NOT sell the actual models of the baits.

3D printing settings

I print these molds in PLA+ with the following settings
(You'll have to experiment with what material and settings work best for you.)

Layer Height = .10 (or .08 for a smooth finish)
Top Solid Layers = 4
Bottom Solid Layers = 3
Outline/Perimeter Shells = 2
Supports = Not used
Infill = 25%

The actual Jig Molds are made from Moldmax 60 High Temp Silicone.
Each mold half requires about 5.25oz of silicone.
