ANYCUBIC i3MEGA Bondtech BMG Extruder Mount (Mega-S conversion+)

This is an mount for the Anycubic I3 Mega to apply a Bondtech-extruder (or BMG clones).

With the bracket of the original extruder the filament sensor is not at the right place or its not possible to attach the BMG.

This mounting may work with all BMG-clones, you may use the original screws. You may also decide the orientation of your BMG-clone,there are versions for right or left types
Only with the external sensor bracket you may need one M4 screw, 3 washers and one security nut.

At the moment there is only one Version withount special sensor mount, it fits perfectly with the original magnetic mount.
Maybe there will be another Version with included sensor mount in future. I also want to design a mount which put the filament sensor directly underneath the inlet of the BND (right version), please look after it a bit later.

Das ist eine Halterung für den Anycubic I3 Mega um einen Bondtech-Extruder (oder einen BMG-Klon) montieren zu können.

Mit dem Halter des originalen Extruders passt die Ausrichtung zum Filamentsensor nicht mehr, der Extruder steht seitlich über oder man kann den BMG gar nicht montieren - je nach Ausrichtung des Bügels.

Diese Halterung gleicht das aus und sollte mit allen Bondtech / BMG-Klonen funktionieren, die originalen Schrauben können weiter verwendet werden.
Nur wenn man den Bügel extra verwendet, benötigt man eine M4 Schraube, 3 Beilagscheiben und eine Stopmutter.
Es gibt eine Version für die rechts und eine für die links ausgerichtete BND-Variante.

Derzeit gibt es nur eine Version ohne speziellen Montagepunkt für den Filamentsensor, der originale Magnethalter für den Filamentsensor kann weiter verwendet werden und passt perfekt.
Vielleicht kommt in Kürze eine Version mit geändertem Montagepunkt bzw. ist noch eine Version geplant, bei der der Sensor fast direkt am Einlass des (rechten) BMG-Extruders liegt. Schaut einfach nochmal rein...

Update: sehr einfacher Adapter für den Filamentsensor wurde ergänzt.
