3D model description

This is the servo pulley I ended up making for my version of the Inmoov Robot, the Inmoov Jr. This will fit the Tower pro blue 8g or 9g servos and the MG90s servos - but the MG90 will not fit in the servo bed - a new one is needed which im working on. Please read instructions if you want to build a an Inmoov Jr, its pretty simple.

Printed mine all in ABS, I found it easier for the finer detail parts as they stay nice and flat on top when printing and dont need a cooling fan.

3D printing settings

Some time back I told Hairy that I was making a mini version, I'm sure he chuckled a little inside because of how fiddly it can be - especially when you shrink things down. If you want to build an Inmoov Jr I will be posting all the modified parts, but I'll be honest - there isn't many needed.

After many tests, I found the absolute best thing to do was just scale ALL of Hairy's inmoov parts down to 64%. So, thats all I did. I re-scaled the entire hand, wrist and forearm assembly down to 64% before I printed them and that seemed to be the magic number before things started to get messy (like small threading holes etc)

I used 8g serv's because they were spares, I recommend 9g servos but the tower pro metal geared mg-90s will not fit in the servo bed, I am working on the new bracket.
