3D model description
My Gloomhaven Character organizer is a set of a chest and 2 inserts. The chest is decorated with theme reliefs. The organizer accommodates all character items: statuette, cards, tokens, board and pad (HP/XP dial wasn't taken into account as I prefer Gloomhaven Helper to do the counting, but there's a room for it too).
The chest has to be assembled of several components: there is a MAIN CONTAINER, 2 doors (LEFT DOOR, RIGHT DOOR) and BLOCKERS. It is a very simple operation. Blockers prevent doors from falling off. First attach the doors, then insert blockers. They fit indentations in main container very well, but to be sure they don't fall off, you can use super glue. One blocker is for the left door, the other for the right one - be sure you glue the corresponding one. Dimensions of the chest: 167/125/49mm.
There are 2 inserts. INSERT 1 is useful during the play. It accommodates (active) attack modifier cards and ability cards (selected for the current scenario), there's also a small section with rounded bottom for character tokens. The trays have slanted bottom to facilitate cards draw. INSERT 2 accommodates items that are needed only in the beginning of the play: statuette, item cards bought by the character, attack modifier cards that are not in use (e.g. available after perk) and ability cards that are not in use. There are two kinds of ability cards kept in this section: cards available after future advances and cards currently available but not chosen for the present scenario. They are kept apart by additional ornamented SEPARATOR. In this section also a life goal card can be kept.

This organizer is a part of the bigger set, that I use for my game. Other organizers' stl files I provide at Cults3D: https://cults3d.com/en/users/Salomea. However some items I keep aside (in an other box), because I don't use them often or I don't use them at all. Some I don't need anymore, because I use Gloomhaven Helper application (e.g. Monster Ability Cards, HP/XP dials, damage tokens etc.). Some other I use only on a big occasion, e.g. change of the character (Character Tuck boxes). That's way I'm not going to design insert for all items. As usually in my designs - I think more about comfort during the play than fitting the game box.

3D printing settings
All items were 3Dprinted on Prusa MK3:
- in PLA,
- No support is needed,
- Infill 10% rectilinear (for main container I used 15%).
I have printed Gloomhaven character organizers in black and pearl gold PLA. For better effect in the lighter color I used ironing in printing doors and separator. For main container I've chosen monotonic top layer fill. When I printed in black, ironing wasn't available yet in PrusaSlicer, so I printed doors with 1 vertical shell perimeter for better effect in reliefs.
For doors and blockers I used 5 loops skirt, distance from object: 0.04mm, skirt height: 1. It works a bit like a support for rounded items, so they don't deform where the angle is small. Still it's easy to detach this skirt from the model. But you can use a plain brim instead.
Printing Time (for one item of each kind):
MAIN CONTAINER: 10h41'
DOOR LEFT/ RIGHT: 3h35' with ironing (or 2h5' without ironing)
BLOCKERS: 27'
INSERT 1: 3h18'
INSERT 2: 4h4'
SEPARATOR: 1h29' with ironing (or 44' without ironing)
