3D model description

This Ceiling Fan / Light pull chain knob, handle, finial, fob is designed for use with standard #6 (3.2mm) ball chain. It will also work with smaller chain as long as you use a #6 metal connector.

THE COMPLETE VERSION REQUIRES SUPPORTS. I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED A LEFT/RIGHT VERSION TO PRINT WITHOUT SUPPORTS AND GLUE TOGETHER.

Simple feed the chain through the top of the print and attach a standard #6 connector to it. If using a ball chain and metal connector, you can form a loop around a keyring and hook with the other end of the connector.

If you don't have a metal connector, you can print the BALL-CONNECTOR.stl file I've included. NOTE: if you print the connector in PLA it's a tight fit. Lay the chain on a hard surface, position the connector over the last ball of the chain and push down until it snaps in place.

You may also use string with a large knot tied in the end.

I usually print things with 10% infill - HOWEVER, if used on a ceiling fan, you may want to use a higher infill for more weight.
