3D model description

After looking around and only finding masks that weren't quite what I was looking for or stuck behind pay-walls I figured I'd take a shot at remixing and making my own that would allow someone to breath while wearing it.

Remix of : This is an Fallout New Vegas Veteran Ranger Helmet and Mask & Fallout NCR Ranger Helmet Seperated

With Fine mesh screen by Wauter and a buckle for the strap from digdug.

I spent time in Tinkercad adding in the ports and figuring out how to screw them on and figured it would allow someone to add customizations without re-creating the entire mask.

Picture shows the finished mask but its a little large so may need scaling down for your print.

(I've included a "mask_sizer" file to print out and figure how much you may need to scale the finished model for your head. Hope it helps save time and material. Just print it out, and see how it fits across your forehead as well as how much it may need to be scaled to fit you.)

I had to scale the breather body and Amp attachments to 102% to make screwing it on easier.

I used 1" (26mm) elastic cord for the strap.

Possible Future improvements:

Slot for top of head & rear buckle to make a 3 way strap.
Working on a helmet design based on Fallout New Vegas Elite Riot Gear .
Side Tube anchors. (I know this is questionable due to the cover and game discrepancy but I figured I would go with the game file as the tubes didn't really have anywhere to attach to.)
If you have questions or suggestions please feel free to post them and enjoy!
