Hello fellows! This is my "Magnum Opus" project so far. We've made this Aranea Highwind Spear with my dear friends just about a 2 years ago, for my cosplay project, at Cosplay Fest EpicCone 2019 in St. Petersburg Russia.
As a base for ours leans original Square Enix 3d model. But we've remade spear from scratch in 3ds Max and Fusion 360, taked original proportions, entire look and slightly improve it for Cosplay purposes.

Inside actual spear thing must install aluminium tube for better strenght. Inside horizontal peaks also must be installed stainless rod, which puts straight through aluminum tube.

Of course this 3D model prepeared for 3d printing and already cutted on to pieces. All instructions, dimentions and other useful informations you can find in manual wich also included.

This project must be using is for personal use only. If you wish to make some adjustments, just contact me via e-mail or instagram direct. Do not repost or resell this project without my permission.

Feel free to contact me if you have any question or difficulty with printing or assembling.

P.S.

All printing process went down by PICASO 3D Designer X and Raise 3D Pro 2 3d printers, but you can recut or resize models how you want. Anyway i guess to be perfect print, yours 3d printer must have around 250x250mm print bed at least.

3D printing settings

Big parts i recommend to print with next settings

  • 0.3mm layer settings,
  • 0.4mm width perimeters
  • and around 20% infill.

Small parts better be printed with 0.15 - 0.2mm
