Caps to bumper for towing hook for Citroen XM after modernisation.

The model is not completely perfect, because it is not easy to draw it exactly so that it is strong enough, yet flexible and weak enough to be printed from some common, well-printable material. Nevertheless, even though the assembly is a bit more demanding, the plug holds well in the bumper.

It is necessary to insert it completely into the bumper (including the side levers) and only then click the front levers.

3D printing settings

Print with supports, infill 5%, print from PETG or ABS (PETG is better, because it isn't heated box needed. You required the 3D printer with print size 200x200x250 mm for print a both caps. Print time with minimum of supports is around 9 hours for both caps with 0,4 mm nozzle and 0,35mm width of layer.
