3D model description

English:

I made this base for the Stanley SRR1200-B2 router so I can drill holes from 4" diameter to 10" diameter and from 10cm to 26cm.

This base is adjustable on both centimeter scales (scale goes every 1/2 centimeter) and inch scales (scale goes every 1/2 inch).

This base is set according to the stock drill bit that comes in the machine box which has a diameter of 1/4" or 6.35mm.

The scales are shown on the base.

Assembled:

It consists of 4 pieces that need to be 3d printed, which 3 of them can be printed in PLA, ABS, PETG or any hard and tough filament you have on hand, and 1 of the pieces has to be printed in TPU.

You will need 4 M4x20mm countersunk head screws to assemble the base to the router, 1 M4x20mm screw to hold the metering strip which will need to have its head filed down to 5mm wide, 1 M4 washer and 1 M4 nut for adjustment.

In the pieces CENTRO1.STL and CENTRO2.STL in the hole must be placed some pin or nail of a diameter of 3mm, which will be the center of the circle where our router will rotate.
