ZEPHYR V2 adaptative for Bullseye Fan Duct cooling

Note : 40x40x20 fan is'nt compatible with hotend cooling.

Hello everyone.
I'm posting here my own adaptable cooling system on ALL Bullseye bases. I named it the ZEPHIR, available in 2 models I made a version for Ender fans;)
The principle of this system is to replace the radial fan with a classic 40x40 fan. and the concept of my version is to avoid all the 90 ° bends of the original bulleseye in order to have the most laminar airflow possible. To do so, I enlarged the fan outlet section to accommodate more air and "compress" more.
It is certainly bigger but it does not hit anywhere on the chassis of an Ender 5 so no worries with the Ender 3 and other printers of this kind.

Benefits :
- better air flow.
- printable without supports with the fan side against the bed.
- allows for nuts to be able to screw the fan on.

Filaments used:
- White: VERTEX white (not specially recommended)
- Gold: Silk Antique Gold from NOULEI

Bonjour à toutes et à tous.
Je publie ici mon propre système de refroidissement adaptable sur TOUTES les bases Bullseye. Je l’ai baptisé le ZEPHIR, disponible en 2 modèles j’en ai fait une version pour les fans Ender ;)
Le principe de ce système est de changer le ventilateur radial par un ventilateur classique de 40x40. et le concept de ma version est d'éviter tous les coudes à 90° du bulleseye d'origine afin d'avoir un flux d'air le plus laminaire possible. Pour se faire, j’ai agrandi la section de sortie de ventilateur afin d'accueillir plus d'air et d'en «compresser» plus.
Certes il est plus gros mais il ne cogne nul part sur le châssis d'une Ender 5 donc pas de soucis avec la Ender 3 et autres imprimantes de ce genre.

Avantages :
- meilleur débit d’air.
- imprimable sans supports avec la face ventilateur contre le bed.
- permet d’accueillir des écrous afin de pouvoir visser le ventilateur dessus.

Filaments utilisées :
- Blanc : Blanc VERTEX (pas spécialement recommandé)
- Or : Silk Antique Gold de chez NOULEI
