3D model description

I originally made this as a project for my schools 3D printing club. The print came out amazingly if not for a few spots that need sanding. I created this model by looking at pictures of the Master Sword in a stone that I found on google for inspiration and reference on how the sword should look along with the stone. I hope you enjoy this print as much as I did. For some reason the model looks a bit fuzzy on the hilt in the pictures, but it shouldn't on the print itself with the settings I used especially if you sand and/or paint on it.

3D printing settings

I originally printed this with the layer height at .10, the infill at 20%, and with normal PLA settings but these settings are more for if this is purely for decoration as messing around too much with the sword will break it off the stone. To get a stronger sword in the stone you should either increase the size or infill or you could even do both for a bigger, stronger model. Remember to add an easy to remove support to minimize the amount of sanding that needs to be done.
