3D model description

Once I get to the bottom of a roll of filament i can't print for more than an hour without it jamming as the end of the roll has a tight coil on the filament and this kept causing the extruder to jam. So i designed this quick fix.

It makes sure that the filament going into the extruder is nice and strait. Since I've had this on I've not had a single print jam!

I'm using a Robo3D printer, as far as i know the Greg's wade on there is the same as any other but let me know if I'm wrong.

3D printing settings

Just print it, but some 4mm bowden tube in and trim it to size. It should be a very tight fit so make sure it doesn't come loose during a print.
