For all Snapmaker 2 users who have problems with the wear of the plastic nut in the linear guides, the milling program in conjunction with the clamping device offers the possibility of milling freely available brass trapezoidal nuts TR8x8 with anti Backslash so that they can be machined into the Snapmaker 2 can be installed.

The milling program has been written for the original Snapmaker Ball End Mill in connection with the clamping device here. Work Origin is in the middle of the flangeflat side. Fix the clamping device in the middle of the bed in X-direction.

With the Easyprint version, the clamping device can be printed without a support structure. After printing, simply cut off the edge with a knife.
