PROTECTIVE MASK COVID-19 FFP2

Improvement of the cap, integration of a thread on the valve to insert it forcefully into the mask and require gluing only on the inside.

This is a valve model inspired by the "nanoHack" mask, enabling the creation of an FFP2 category filtering mask with a pellet taken from a disposable ffp2 mask.

This makes it possible to produce several effective masks with a single disposable mask (in the event of a shortage, this can save lives...).

You'll also find a DXF template for cutting the valve support (the mask) from a sheet of polypropylene (laser or scalpel, depending on your tools).

All that's left to do is to sew the parts of the mask to give it its shape, then glue the valve into the polypropylene mask and install elastic bands for use. (Don't forget to put a piece of FFP2 mask in the valve before closing it...)
