Singing frog

Singing frog 3D print model

Description

Hello! Here is a funny model of a singing frog. This thing is really capable of making sounds imitating the real singing of a tropical frog! Please look at the example in the video I attached here. The video shows how it works. Just move it with a special stick on the back of the frog and it will really sing. It's all about the resonator chamber that this model has. When you move the stick along the ribbed ridge of the frog, you thereby create a vibration that is transmitted to the inner chamber and the sound is amplified. It sounds like a tropical frog is really hiding somewhere! Such toys are very common in the countries of Southeast Asia, where there are such frogs in large numbers. I myself have seen them and hear their singing. This is really fun! Pay attention, in this set there are 2 models:

  • stick
  • frog

The frog model has a size of about 100 mm in length and about 70 mm in height. The stick has a size in length of about 156 mm.

Print it out and try to extract the real tropical sounds. See also my other models. Any questions - contact me.

Hi, I am new to 3d printing and just purchased the "singing frog" file. I have a Monoprice mini Delta printer that can only print ".g" files. Do you have a .g file available you can send me? This is for model ID 2027837. Please confirm, thank you very much!

Hello! All 3D printers only understand .g code. To transfer a file with a 3D model to this format, you need to use a special slicer program. Unfortunately, the settings for each printer are too unique, so there is no universal g-code. Everyone uses programs like Cura (free) or Simplify3d (paid) to convert their models.
