Foldable Linear Airsoft Stock

This is a 3d printable folding stock compatible with airsoft guns.

It can be attached to any gun with a 20mm picatinny rail behind the receiver, such as MCX, or MPX.

I designed this modeling to be suitable for 3D printing and to have great durability.

• The hinge is reinforced to be optimized for 3d printing. There's an additional fixture on the hinge, so it doesn't flutter around.

• A full threaded M4 bolt is inserted into the stock to increase its durability. Buy a 500mm full threaded steel M4 bolt from a local store, screw it in place using an electric drill, and cut off the remains with whichever tool you prefer.

• Also I included a shortened stock just for fun.

• The hinge axis is also reinforced with a M5 40mm headless screw. Thanks to the headless screw, the axis is durable even if it is vertically printed.

• Stock Pad is recommended to be printed using TPU filament. Be sure to use a direct drive extruder when extruding TPU, otherwise it will jam the hotend and cause a diaster.

Fasteners

• M5 * 12 SHCS * 2 (Stock Pad Assembly)
• Full threaded M4 bolt * 500mm (Stock reinforcement)
• M5 threaded Insert Nut (Provides joint for stock and hinge)
• M5 * 12 FHCS * 1 (For joining stock and hinge)
• M5 * 20 SHCS * 1 (Assembles Hinge Lock to place)
• M5 nut (Combines with M5 * 20 SHCS)
• M5 * 40 Headless screw (Goes inside hinge axis)
• C ring, size 8 (Insert it onto the Hinge Axis to lock it in place)
• Spring. Cut it to around 18mm

Material: ABS+. I prefer ESUN ABS+ the most.
Infill: 70%
