3D model description

LED illuminated letters Amara printed from PLA in turquoise and white.

Approx.12cm high and 47cm long

Put support material only in the feedthroughs.

I printed it in one since my printer is big enough for it.

Still, I split it into individual letters so it would fit on smaller print beds.

Minimum print bed size 150mmx150mm.

In addition, there is a LED WS2815 ribbon.

I used this with 30LED/meter.

A 5m tape is recommended if you want to do more than one.

A 5m band is enough for 2 such light names.

Approximately 2.2m is required.

It also works with the WS2815 LED tape.

I soldered the controller to the LED tape due to space limitations. But I'm sure it can be done without soldering, just plugging it together.

To get the LED tape into the corners, I carefully pushed it into the corners with a hex key.

Lay it all out and give it a try.

Mount DC socket and fix everything best with hot glue, as the LED tape does like to come loose.

If you want, you can of course use other controllers with remote control, there are the files without holes.

The basic idea is from LED Marquee, he also has a video about it in his Thing.

I assume no liability for any errors or damages that may occur.
