3D model description

This model was created from scratch using Blender3d

The Maxim gun is a recoil-operated machine gun invented by Sir Hiram Stevens Maxim in 1884; the weapon became the first automatic firearm in production by Vickers and also known as the first automatic firearm in the world,[2] which used .303 British ammunition and a recoil-operating firing system, and required water cooling.

This Small model will only be easily printable with SLA resin printers in ths scale, but can be scaled up to suit your needs (check scale guide below)

The model is divided into 5 parts for cleaner supports and theres also a single part version for less post processing

There are 2 versions available to print, the normal version, with parts to scale by blueprint, and a simplify version in case you want the model to be more sturdy or in case you want to print it in a smaller scale

i havent tried printing the model in any scale below 1:16, so please let me know of any issues or any modifications you would like me to add to the model, like thicker parts, or less detail.

the model measurements after printing are:

1/16 or 100% scale:

88mm x 64mm x 40mm

1/12 or 133% scale:

117mm x 85mm x 53mm

1/24 or 66.7% scale:

58mm x 42mm x 27mm

1/32 or 50% scale:

44mm x 32mm x 20mm

Printing in any scale under 1:16 requires the simple version to be used to ensure the model wont fail.

Ill make sure to upload a printed version soon

Let me know of any issues and ill make sure to fix them as fast as possible, Have fun printing!
