3D model description

The Volvo XC90's center console isn't especially spacious and it is just a hole between the front seats. Whenever I put something in there it got lost with the other junk. I figured it needed organizing so I designed my own cubby organizer. I designed this in Tinkercad (I really have to learn something more advanced) so it is a little rough around the edges. It fits like a glove, though. I had to print several drafts before I got the fit right as the console dimensions are anything but 90-degree angles.

There are slots for loyalty cards (full size and small) as well as quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. There is also a larger section which fits my pepper spray and tissue. I also added cable tracks on either side of where the USB slots are in case you need to route a lightning or USB cable.

I recommend PETG so that it doesn't melt in the hot summer sun. The print took 37 hours to print with PETG at 0.15 accuracy, 30 hours at 0.20 accuracy which proved good enough.

Note that this was designed for a T6 model year 2017 XC90 without a center console CD unit. The T8 has a more shallow hole and this will likely not fit without modification.

UPDATE: 3/16/2018
I cleaned up some of the geometry. Also bolstered some of the weak spots and removed an accidental shelf under the large card holder that was requiring unintentional support material.

UPDATE: 10/24/2019
A friend at the local Volvo dealership verified that this will fit in the V90 Cross Country and S90 consoles.
