3D model description

Note: the logo in the photos is no longer accurate; files can be found with current Katz Creates logo!

I needed a place to store my many nozzles and I wanted it to be mountable on my Skadis peg board, so I threw together this little model! No longer worry about misplacing your nozzles, or them falling out and rolling away. This design features printed threading to keep your nozzles safe and secure, even if you knock the whole thing over!

(It's worth mentioning that the photo is of a previous iteration and the current version is a bit larger!)

There's both a version with and without number labelling, depending on your preferences. The pegboard insert will allowed you to mount it on your Skadis pegboard, but you can also use it without on a table.

The first and third row are a depth of 7mm which will accommodate most M6 threaded nozzles. The middle row is 14mm, making it suitable for Volcano nozzles. Unfortunately this will not work with nozzles that use a different threading, so please check your nozzle type before printing this!

No

No

Notes:

This is a tight fit for the nozzles, so if in doubt about your printer tolerances, decrease the XY size compensation in the slicer to make the holes a bit bigger. The numbers are a bit tricky on a 0.4mm and larger nozzle, but can be improved by decreasing the width of the external perimeter.
