3D model description

Since changing printers to a Tronxy X5S i wanted to add a Titan extruders for 3mm and 1.75mm filament. But with the 3mm filament i keep having feed problems, so i tried to make something to increase the surface contact area driving the filament.

I have used the existing Titan parts were possible so that any spare parts fit both extruders. I have not made this yet because i have just finished drawing this and need some of the bearings to arrive.

Parts list:

4 x M3 Self tapping screws (Cover)
4 x M3 (20mm) Bolts (Tensioner Bracket)
2 x M3 (20mm) Countersunk Bolts (Tensioner Bracket)
3 x M3 (10mm) Bolts (U604ZZ Holder)
4 x M3 (8mm) Bolts (Nema 17)
1 x 1-7-10 (Titan) Springs
2 x 1-7-15 Springs
3 x U604ZZ Bearings
2 x M4 (16mm) countersunk Head bolts
1 x M4 (10mm) (Titan) button Head bolt (12mm Countersunk would be better)
1 x 6mm PTFE (Titan) Groove mount Adaptor
6 x MR95ZZ (Titan) Bearings
3 x 66 Tooth (Titan) Gear
1 x 22 Tooth 12mm (Titan) Gear
1 x Nema 17 Stepper Motor
1 Cable Tie (To fix "Groove mount adaptor")
10 x M3 Half Nuts
3 x M4 Half Nuts

Edit:
Changed M4 bolts to countersunk as they would give more surface area. This would make them less likely to push through the plastic. The pressure on the tensioner bolts would push them through the case in a short time so Nylon filament would be the best i think.
I have added a strengthened version for printing in PLA, to use with M4 x 15mm penny washers to give more support.

Edit 2:
Because of the print stalling so many times on the first layer i have upgraded to a 5 drive gear model. This seems to do the job and have just had the first successful print with the Tronxy X5S using a 3mm filament.

Parts list Large Version:
4 x M3 (16mm Bolts (Cover).
8 x M3 (20mm) Bolts (Tensioner Bracket)
2 x M3 (20mm) Countersunk Bolts (Tensioner Bracket)
5 x M4 (8mm) Bolts Cap Head (U604ZZ Holder)
4 x M3 (8mm) Bolts (Nema 17)
5 x 1-7-15 Springs
5 x U604ZZ Bearings
5 x M4 (16mm) Hex Head bolts (Tensioner)
1 x 6mm PTFE (Titan) Groove mount Adaptor
10 x MR95ZZ (Titan) Bearings
5 x 66 Tooth (Titan) Gear
1 x 22 Tooth 12mm (Titan) Gear
1 x Nema 17 Stepper Motor
1 Cable Tie (To fix "Groove mount adaptor")
10 x M3 Half Nuts
3 x M4 Half Nuts
