3D model description

Fanart inspired by DC's Batman (Michael Keaton version).

Can be printed using a single extruder and printing the parts separately. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at STD quality settings (0.2 layer height).

Easy print, no supports required for any parts.

This is slightly different to the others, where the core piece needs to be printed twice (x2) and inserted back to back inside the shell. The batman logo is a bit too big to get a decent bridged surface. This way works much better.

Modelled with hole for drill free key ring screw available on Amazon.

Optional: Print with display stand file included

3D printing settings

Make sure that first layer and Z Offset is perfect (if not slightly closer to the bed is better than further away) so that core and shell part tolerances work out correctly.

Can be printed using a single extruder and printing the parts separately. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at STD quality settings (0.2 layer height).

Print the core part twice then print the shell. Pause the shell at layer 45 then insert the cores back to back into the shell, then continue printing. I have included PullOff objects which are imported alongside each object at 80 on the Y. This is to clean the nozzle at layer changes (see build plate layout picture).

Layer Changes/Pauses:

Core = Layer 3 (Print Twice)
Shell = Layer 45 (insert core)

Easy print, no supports required for any parts. Print in default orientation for best results.
