VERTICAL UNIVERSAL COIL SUPPORT VERSION 1

Vertical coil support, for coils from Ø 140 mm to Ø 300 mm, width 41 mm to 102 mm.

Principles:

• Coil mounted on 4 diabolos (2 smooth and 2 multiple) for self-centering.

• Support held via 2 locatings on the table (for those who allow themselves to make holes in it) to prevent it from slipping at the end of the coil, as it would then be too light. The locatings have been fitted with a fair amount of play to avoid annoyance during assembly. 100 mm spacing between the 2 locatings.

• Filament passage integrated into the base of the support.

• Locating distance: 100 mm.

• 2 types of locatings: either for VBA Ø 3.5 mm screws, or for CHC M3 screws.

• Very easy to install.

Nomenclature :

• 1 base to print.

• 2 smooth diabolos to print.

• 2 multiple diabolos to print (0.1 mm quality printing recommended).

• 2 locatings to print (choose VBA or CHC).

• 8 623ZZ bearings.

• 4 CHC M3x50 screws.

• 4 M3 nylstop nuts.

• Optional:

  • 2 VBA screws 3.5x20
  • or 2 M3×8 CHC screws + 2 M3 threaded bushes .

Optional :

1 printable mounting bracket + 1 VBA 3.5x25 screw or 1 CHC M3×14 screw with 1 M3 threaded sleeve.
