Marta Okataya is a Human Science officer available as an account-wide unlock for Starfleet characters from the Zen Store for 500 Zen (found under the name "Cyborg Miracle Worker Bridge Officer"), or as part of the Discovery Operations Pack. Her uniform can be modified, but the options are more restricted than most Human bridge officers.

The initial purchase of this Bridge Officer also unlocks the Tactical Vest and Tactical Helmet outfit pieces for the entire account. These pieces are compatible with player captains and most customizable bridge officers.

Aside from the DSC Tactical Helmet which comes "pre-equipped" on the claimed BOff, players have an option to remove the helmet and further customize Marta Okataya with three new Head Attach Tech options: DSC Starfleet Implants 1, 2 and 3.
