CHRISTMAS COOKIE CUTTERS KIT 1

Christmas cookie cutters.

RECOMMENDED COOKIE RECIPE:

• 2 cups flour without baking powder

• ¾ cup caster sugar

• ½ teaspoon baking powder

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 115g butter at room temperature

• ½ (115g) packet cream cheese at temperature

room temperature

• 1 egg at room temperature

Preparation:

1.Beat margarine and cream cheese until fully incorporated with mixer. Add vanilla and sugar, beat on low speed.

Add egg, beat in. Add flour and baking powder, beat in. Finish blending by hand.

3.Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, better overnight.

4.Roll out on the floured countertop thin 3-4 mm. and cut the cookies with the molds you want, the leftover dough set aside and put them all together at the end, this dough that has been more kneaded becomes elastic and the cookies are not so nice.

Bake in preheated oven at 375F or 190 C for 8-12 minutes or until just golden brown around the edges. Let stand 3 min in the baking tin, out of the oven, before removing with a spatula or knife and place on a rack to cool completely. Decorate once cool.
