3D model description

Here is a charge holder for Mavic Pro DJI.

It consists of 5 parts:

  • body

  • lever + junction + rod holder ( not in 3D for me )

  • the light sensor holder ( printed in black PETG )

I use an Arduino mini pro 3.3v ( code provided) to control the system. The principle is that when the front lights of the Mavic are on, the charge holder stays closed, and opens if the lights go out.

The mechanism is provided by a servo motor SG90.

The whole thing is powered by a 3v Lithium battery.

Required equipment:

  • a SG90 servo motor

  • a 3v Lithium battery ( tube )

  • an arduino mini pro 3.3v

  • a rubber band

  • connection wires

  • a light sensor

  • a sliding rod ( preferably smooth ) which can be 3D printed, but I preferred to use a black plastic tip.
