3D model description

If you like growing plants, but don’t have a garden or enough space at home, this will be a product for you. It’s a one plant greenhouse, but you can print as many as you like or reuse the one you already printed. When the plant has grown take it out with the inner flowerpot, print new one and use the rest of already printed parts.

We wanted to make GROWW as available as possible that’s why we give you parts to make it with both most common jars in the US & EU: wide mouth Mason Jar and 82mm diameter thread jar.

Apart form the jar (wich is the only thing you need to supply to finish GROWW) all other parts are 3D printable.

Designed in Warsaw by UAU project.

3D printing settings

As we know that every 3D printer is a bit different, and printing watertight prints is not your usual experience, we give you one additional stl file to test and tweak your print settings to keep the water in the pot. From our experience the best settings are:

  • at least 3 shells

  • at least 3 bottom/top layers

  • about 18 mm/s first layer print speed

  • we give you additional file to experiment with your printer settings
