3D model description

The thing is so easy to design, a cylinder of 80mm diameter and 40mm height, hollow, printed in Cura's 'Spiralize Outer Contour'-mode, preferrably in transparent.

Makes a small, neat and pretty container for the tiny bits of desktop waste that are really to little to stand up for to put them in the big round bin.

And I keep printing them as they are so unintrusive and and really useful, now there is one on the office desktop and one next to my bed and one in the yoga room and one in the lab next to the printer...

So I thought, when I keep reprinting it, maybe it's worth publishing.

FreeCAD source is included as usual and I even added the gcode, just in case.

This is a very simple design, a cylinder with a diameter of 80mm and a height of 40mm, hollow. Before slicing, 'Spiralize Outer Contour' is ticked in Cura, transparent filament is inserted, the print head spins for 90 minutes and the little thing is ready, glittering, unobtrusive and simply practical. It's perfect for picking up bits and pieces, small labels, snippets - the really small waste that you don't want to get up to put in the big round waste bin.

I print this thing over and over again, one on my desk, one next to my bed, in the yoga room and in the lab next to the 3D printer. And if I'm going to print it over and over again, then I might as well publish it.

FreeCAD source is included as usual (banal) and I've also included the .gcode in case anyone needs it.
