Alignment Tools - Zer0Sum

Hey! This is a collection of alignment tools I've made to help make stenciling easier.

This collection is free, updated as I improve designs, and is included in all of my downloads.

Part Description:

Alignment Tool - Simple corner alignment with tabs for tape, weights, or magnets. The idea was to cover multiple corners to help align stencils.

Super Alignment Tool - Similar to the Alignment tool but increased in length to allow for a single corner to be used.

Super Alignment Tool V2 - The long thin arms were bending during use. They've been widened, and the corner reinforced. The tabs have not changed.

Alignment Frame - Experimenting with a way of printing 4 pieces that would assemble to create a frame all around the stencil

Magnetic Alignment Tool - Super Alignment Tool but with spots to glue in magnets.

Magnetic Alignment Tool V2 - Difficult to remove with strong magnets, added pull tab to help lift it away from the metal surface

Settings for stencils very heavily, but here are mine:

My settings:
0.2mm Nozzle
Ender 3 v2
Hotend 220/210
Bed 80/70
Printing Speed (all layers) 20mm/s
Layer Height: 0.32mm
VERY leveled bed (I use BLTouch)

Depending on the stencil I print between 0.4mm to as high as 1.2mm, depending on how fine the detail of the sketch is. I find 0.64mm works for a majority of stencils.
