Tamiya Panzer Kampfwagen II Ausf F track upgrade

The old Tamiya Panzer Kampfwagen II Ausf F/G is an old classic. One glaring error is the running gear. The tracks are clunky and are mated to a sprocket which has the wrong teeth count.

This set addresses that. This track upgrade includes the individual track which is matched with a sprocket that has the correct teeth count and pitch. It also comes with a detailed idler wheel to complete the look.

tracks are connected using .3mm copper wire as pins

This set also works for the Dragon kit which also has the wrong sprocket teeth count. A pin is included for DML kits.

The idler wheel comes with two hubs.one for use with Tamiya's polycaps (youll have to cut it down to half) and a solid one if you don't mind gluing the idler wheel to the shaft.

print at a layer of 0.02mm using supports with a contact diamerter of 0.15mm and a contact depth pf 0.15mm.
sprocket should be supported but oriented face up to preserve the detail. tracks and all other items should be printed at a 45 degree angle.
You will need to print about 230 of the track links which includes the spare tracks mounted at the front of the hull.
